Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and North West flew to Jerusalem on Monday Afternoon where 22-month-old North got baptised at the Saint James Cathedral.

Kim was mobbed as she walked into

the church, shielding baby North from the massive crowd that had gathered outside the church.
After the baptism, Kim and Kanye reportedly had lunch with Nir Barkat, the mayor of Jerusalem.
