Just
as some Nigerians are pained over the xenophobic treated being meted
out on Nigerians living in South Africa by the country’s citizens,
Nollywood actress-cum-producer, Halima Abubakar, is also hurt by the
development.
The dark-skinned complexioned and hour-glass shaped
actress expressed disgust over the incident, which is not happening the
first time to Nigerians living in South Africa.
She condemned the act, asking how Africans became heartless.
“I
feel so sorry for the officers behind smiling at their fellow Africans
on fire. Our values have depreciated. Where did our parents go wrong?
Where is our heart? Seeing another suffering seem to make a lot of
people happy; too many dining with the devils and thinking they about
that life.

“This
inhumane treatment must be stopped. We are Africans, and South Africans
should know that first hand. I am very disappointed and saddened,” she
said on Wednesday.
