President Muhammadu Buhari has been named the 'Bayajidda II of the Daura Emirate".
Buhari was conferred with the title on Friday, June 19, 2015, by the Emir of Daura, Alhaji Umar Farouk.
According to history, Bayajidda is the legendary Hausa ruler who killed the famous snake inside Daura’s Kusugu well and later established seven states.
