Zimbabwe’s President, Robert Mugabe, has challenged President Barack Obama by asking for his hand in marriage.
This
is coming barely a week after the sitting United States President,
Barrack Obama, approved the legalization of same sex marriage in the
country which has been applauded by many who sees it as a welcome
development.
Mugabe during his weekly radio interview with
Zimbabwe’s national radio last Saturday said he will be traveling to
Washington, D.C to ask the President’s hand in marriage.
According
to the 90-year-old President, “I’ve just concluded since President
Obama endorses the same-sex marriage, advocates homosexual people and
enjoys an attractive countenance thus if it becomes necessary , I shall
travel to Washington, D.C. , get down on my knee , and ask his [Obama’s]
hand. I can’t understand how this people dare to defy Christ’s explicit
orders as our Lord prohibited mankind from sodomy.''
