Kim Kardashian threatens paparazzi agency over n@ked photos
Kim Kardashian is threatening to file a fresh lawsuit against X17, a Los Angeles paparazzi agency for hawking pictures which shows her lying n@ked at her pool.
Kim's lawyer, Marty Singer, has fired off a letter to the agency claiming the company is hawking pics that were taken from a helicopter hovering over Kim's Hidden Hills home.
The pregnant star , who recently spoke on the objectification of women at the Castro Theatre in San Francisco on Tuesday night, June 30, claims the photographers broke the law by taking the picture in a chopper with a telephoto lens.
Singer adds that X17 is lying when it claims Kim was n@ked. He says she was wearing a blue bikini and when she saw the helicopter she grabbed a towel to cover up.
Singer has warned the agency that should they sell the pics, they will face big damages for invasion of privacy.
Latest reports say the pictures have been pulled out from the website. Looks like Singer's message was well-received.
