Kim Kardashian still hasn't realized that a pregnant woman - 6 months gone - doesn't really her high heels anymore.
The 34-year-old star was spotted cruising out of her San Diego hotel in fuzzy slippers and swollen feet.
Apparently, she wasn't in those slippers when she was seen heading into the hotel hours before. Kim has high heeled strapped sandals underneath her body-hugging black dress.
Back in 2013, when she was pregnant with her first child, Kim's feet made headlines when she was seen on the streets with swollen ankles strapped into a pair of tight sandals. Fans didn't hesitate to slam the star for still trying to maintain her regular sexy looks forgetting she's pregnant.
