A 20-year-old South African woman, Asithandile Mazomba, is currently mourning the death of her one-year-old baby after a demented taxi driver r@ped and murdered the toddler because Mazomba refused to have s*x with him, reports South African Daily Sun.
According to the report, Mazomba had allegedly gone out drinking with the 27-year-old driver and took her baby along with her, with the understanding that after they were done drinking, they would go back home and have s*x.
But during the evening, the woman changed her mind and told the man she was no longer in with the deal and this angered the driver who instead, took revenge and allegedly r@ped and murdered her baby.
A friend of the young woman had narrated the incident to Daily Sun how Mazomba and the driver agreed at the tavern where they drank that they would go to her place later and he would sleep over, but later, she refused to have s*x with him.
Also speaking to reporters, Mazomba confirmed she went drinking with the taxi driver and his friend but said she never made a s*x deal.
“We never went to the tavern because it was closed. Later we dropped the friend off, but when we got to my place, the driver pulled out a screwdriver and threatened me,” Mazomba said.
She added that as she jumped out of the moving car with her child, the baby fell on her and the man grabbed her and ran away with the innocent toddler.
“My daughter fell on me and the man grabbed the baby and raced off. I immediately went to the police station, but the man was nowhere to be found.”
But the following morning, a resident reported that a baby’s body had been found in the bushes and on identification, it turned out to be the body Mazomba's baby in a veld.
The suspect was found five hours later driving the same taxi and had been charged to court while the police had to save Mazomba from angry crowd of other residents who wanted to lynch her.
