After counting all the votes, we are ready to announce that Nnamdi Kanu has been chosen as “Naij.com NEWSMAKER of 2015″.
The director of London-based radio station Radio Biafra and a leading member of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) outrun nine other candidates chosen to be “Naij.com Newsmaker of the year”.
Nnamdi Kanu in a Facebook online voting got 59.4% of votes.
The former president, Goodluck Jonathan, took the second place with 21.3% of votes, while our readers placed President Buhari third with 13.4%, and Attahiru Jega fourth with 5.9%.
These four candidates haven’t been chosen randomly, each of them got a double-digit number of votes in a preliminary poll. While the rest six got from two to five per cent of votes.
