I’ve said it before that KAI officials should take it easy while going after ordinary Nigerians on the road. It is obvious that they are against the law but most of them are left with no choice, due to hardship.
A hawker who was fleeing from KAI men ran into a moving BRT bus on Maryland road, Lagos, and died on the spot. That incident almost degenerated into a chaos, with pockets of protests.
…it was gathered that policemen have tried to manage the situation, and the Maryland area is now calm.
