Really sad end! Police have identified the burned and dismembered body of a female student that was found in a Texas park this week.
24yrs old Jacqueline Vandagriff was identified after an autopsy by the Tarrant Medical Examiner that came as a result of the grim discovery of her lifeless body.
Grapevine police source said they have arrested Charles Dean Bryant, 30, near his mansion in Haslet on Sunday. He is charged with capital murder and is being held on a $1million bond.
In a statement, police said firefighters in Grapevine had responded to a fire in Acorn Woods Park at around 6.30am on September 14 and discovered the body of the pretty lady.
After officers worked around-the-clock to investigate the case in several cities in north Texas, they arrested Bryant around 2.30pm on Sunday.
Grapevine Police Sgt. Robery Eberling said late Jacqueline was last seen leaving a bar in Denton with Bryant at around 11pm on Tuesday. Her body was found the following morning.
“We have video of them at the bar together,” Eberling said, according to CBS news.
